Policy
The Grasslands School Division Board of Trustees having appointed a Superintendent of Schools as Chief Executive Officer hereby delegates to that individual, authority to do any act or thing, or exercise any power that the Board may be, or is required to do except those powers specifically set out in Section 52 (4) of the Education Act and those things clearly specified in policy as being reserved to the Board.
GUIDELINES
- It is clearly understood that in fulfilling the duties and responsibilities outlined above as CEO of the Board, the superintendent shall at all times keep the Board fully informed and seek input in advance where the issue is significant and time is available.
