Freckle

Freckle is an online educational program focused on personalized practice in Math and English Language Arts (ELA). Its primary benefit is that it is adaptive: it constantly adjusts the difficulty of the practice questions to match your child's exact skill level, ensuring they are always challenged appropriately and effectively closing learning gaps. To keep students engaged, Freckle uses gamification, allowing children to earn virtual coins for correct answers that they can use to customize a digital avatar. This makes independent practice sessions, whether assigned by the teacher or done for fun, more enjoyable and highly motivating, acting as a supportive, self-paced homework and skill-building tool.
